BIOMEDICAL CAMPUS - TRIGORIA, ROME

The complex is one of Rome’s most modern hospital and university buildings: 25,000 square metres and 320,000 cubic metres of volume, on 24 hectares of land owned by the university Campus Bio-Medico and the Alberto Sordi Foundation, in the EUR area. The hospital is constructed on a plate extending with a horizontal development to enable a separate and independent location of the hospital functions of the departments containing hospital beds, promoting greater privacy for the patient and smoother operations for doctors and service teams. Modern and technologically advanced facilities for a cutting edge structure, constructed between May 2004 and March 2007.
